  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish) Fresh seafood mix for rich flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adds a luscious texture.
  • 1 cup seafood stock Enhances seafood flavor.
  • 1/2 cup white wine For acidity and brightness.
  • 1/2 cup diced onions Provides sweetness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances aroma.

Optional Additions & Enhancements

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (Gruyère or Parmesan) For a cheesy crust.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop onions and garlic. Rinse seafood under cold water and pat dry. Marinate seafood with salt, pepper, and a splash of white wine for 15 minutes.

Cooking Process

    1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
    3. Add marinated seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until just cooked through.
    4. Pour in heavy cream and seafood stock; simmer for 5 minutes.
    5. Stir in cheese until melted and well combined.

Assembly/Plating

  • Transfer the seafood mixture into individual ramekins. Top with extra cheese and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
