Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

  • Collect fresh salmon fillets, coconut milk, curry powder, garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, and spinach. Don’t forget some lime for that zesty kick!

Step 2: Prep the Salmon

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season them lightly with salt and pepper. You want them to shine!

Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics
