Instructions
Gather Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cooking Process
1. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs. 2. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. 3. Fill the donut pan about halfway with batter. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
Assembly/Plating
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and hot water to create the glaze. Dip the top of each donut into the glaze and let it set on a wire rack.
